The advantages of the vacuum casting process
The process does not involve tooling investments and is therefore very suitable for prototypes and smaller quantities.
Quick Cast is based on free form modelling techniques and therefore the process offers almost unlimited design freedom.
As an example parts with complex undercuts can be produced and furthermore draft angles, radiuses and parting lines are not required in the process.

- Extremely complex parts with undercuts can easily be produced. Also drafts angles and parting-line definitions are not required.
- Thin wall thicknesses of from 1 mm or less can be produced
- The level of porosities is very limited because vacuum is applied in the casting process
