FORMKON can supply thermoplastic parts moulded in aluminium dies.
FORMKON uses two moulding methods. Depending on the complexity and tolerance requirements of the parts, aluminium dies are manufactured using traditional tool production processes or by casting stereolithographic parts as basic models. In both cases, an aluminium die is mounted in a master die and production then takes place using a traditional injection-moulding machine.
Cast aluminium dies are manufactured without the use of working drawings and traditional tooling machines, but by means of a patented production method developed by FORMKON
