At formkon’s department for Product development we help customers with development and optimization of mechanical components including especially die casted and spray casted components.

We primarily work with Pro Engineer and Solid Works, but also offer development projects in a variety of other programs.

In order to offer optimal and professional assistance we have a variety of analysis programs, so that we can offer FEM analysis as well as Moldflow and Magnasoft analysis.

Extensive experience with large projects Formkon’s department for product development has slowly acquired a solid position in the business. We cooperate with prominent customers such as Nilfisk-Alto, B&O, Ericsson, Texas Instruments, Novo Nordisk, Danfoss and Grundfos as well as a broad range of smaller and medium-sized manufacturers in Europe		We are your unbiased partner We also have special qualifications within optimization of existing products. We look at the product from the outside – with new eyes – and add the innovation needed for your product to stand out, be better and cheaper to produce. At Formkon we do not let go of a product until it works and we gladly help you with documented tests and labeling.
