Since the beginning in 1985 we have been involved in more than 500 die casting projects. In each project our Danish engineering department participates in the tooling process, which ensures that tools are designed to perfection.

With a large and state of the art Chinese die casting facility we have capacity so supply die casting in almost all sizes and quantities. From prototyping to high production volumes - and from a few grams to more than 20 kilo.

We take every project serious and with lead times down to only 4 working weeks we can meet impossible deadlines.

To support your prototyping and high volume demands we operate with two die casting concepts:.

With the Quick Die process it is possible to make die casting parts in magnesium, aluminium and zinc within 4-6 working weeks. A combination of a soft die material and Chinese manufacturing costs make the tooling prices extremely attractive. A Quick Die tool can normally last for app. 2.000 pieces, so this process is suitable for prototyping and small batch productions.

This concept is used for production purposes from app. 2.000 pieces and upwards. Tools and first production parts can normally be completed within 8-12 working weeks at very attractive prices.
